Practical lessons were held for 2nd-year students studying Judo coaching with the participation of foreign experts. Sport24.az reports that the training was organized based on the Memorandum of Understanding signed between the Azerbaijan Judo Federation, the Azerbaijan Sports Academy, and the University of Hertfordshire in Great Britain.
In addition to Professor Dr. Mike Callan from the University of Hertfordshire, local and foreign specialists were involved in the training process. Practical lessons were conducted by foreign expert Nuno Delgado, a member of the European Judo Union's Education Commission and an Olympic medalist, and local experts Rustam Orujov, expert of the International Judo Federation Academy, Orkhan Safarov, prize-winner of world and European championships, and coach Samir Ismayilov.
