Winners were determined in the 40, 48, 57, and 70 kg weight categories among the girls, and in the 50, 60, 73, and 90 kg weight categories among the boys.
In the girls' competition, Sunay Salamova (40 kg), Nigar Heydərzadə (48 kg), Sunay Məcidova (57 kg), and Zümrüd Əliyeva (70 kg) won gold medals.
Among the boys, Məhəmməd Səfərov (50 kg), Muhəmməd Səttarov (60 kg), Ruslan Əsgərov (73 kg), and Musa Kəramətzadə (90 kg) climbed to the top of the winners' podium.
It should be noted that ne-waza is a collection of techniques covering ground (parter) combat in judo. Training in this area helps athletes develop their offensive and defensive skills on the ground and adapt to various tactical situations.
