PSG's right-back Khvicha Kvaratskhelia will undergo surgery early this week following a rupture of the anterior cruciate ligament in his right knee. Sport24.az reports that the French publication "L'Equipe" has announced this news.
According to the source, the surgical intervention will take place at the "Aspetar" medical center in Qatar. The exact date of the operation has not yet been determined.
It is worth noting that the 25-year-old Georgian player sustained the injury during the Champions League league phase match against "Barcelona" on October 20th (4:2). Kvaratskhelia left the field in the 59th minute.
