Today, by the Order of the President of the Republic of Azerbaijan Ilham Aliyev, a group of sports figures were awarded the honorary title of "Honored Worker of Physical Culture and Sports" for their special services in the development of sports in our country and their high professionalism.
One of them is Movlud Miraliyev, a well-known judoka in the recent past, a bronze medalist of the Olympic Games, a multiple world champion among veterans, and currently working as a senior official in the Sports Society of the Ministry of Internal Affairs.

"To be honest, this was a very pleasant surprise for me. To say that I am very happy is almost an understatement. This title is even higher for me than the world championship title I won in the tournament among veterans in November this year. I feel great satisfaction that the head of our state has given such a high assessment of my services in the field of sports," said Movlud Miraliyev.
