The coaches' certification program, jointly organized by the Azerbaijan Judo Federation and the Azerbaijan Sports Academy, continues.
Idman.Biz reports that the theoretical part of the two-stage program has been completed, and coaches who successfully passed the exam have been admitted to the practical training stage.
During the five-day practical stage, participants gain knowledge and skills in organizing the training process, applying safe techniques, training planning, and proper communication with athletes. The training is conducted by experienced specialists of the federation.
Coaches who successfully complete both stages will be awarded a joint professional certificate from the Azerbaijan Sports Academy and the Azerbaijan Judo Federation. The program aims to bring coaching activities in judo in the country in line with uniform standards.
