Hidayat Heydarov (73 kg), who performed unsuccessfully at the World Judo Championships, shared a post on his social media account.
Idman.biz reports that he stated that defeat is part of the path to success.
Heydarov's post reads: "I returned to the tatami after 11 months. This is not just a return, but a continuation of the path. My goal is clear: to climb to the top again. Losing is also a part of this path. But remember: I'm here and victory will come again. I will speak with actions, not words."
It should be noted that at the World Championships held in Budapest, our Olympic champion lost in the first fight in the 1/16 finals to Otari Kvantidze (Portugal).
