Balabay Agayev defeated Mendsaikhan Nyamasuren (Mongolia) in the 1/8 finals. He will wrestle Hayato Kondo (Japan) in his second match.

Elshan Asadov defeated Cantsandorj Unurbat (Mongolia), then Bogdan Yadov (Ukraine), but lost to Baurzhan Narbayev (Kazakhstan) in the 1/4 finals. He will face Jihyuk Yang (South Korea) in the consolation match.
