The first level - coaching certification program seminars, implemented within the framework of cooperation between the Azerbaijan Judo Federation and the Azerbaijan Sports Academy, have been completed.
Idman.Biz reports that practical exams were organized as the final stage for the participants who successfully completed the training at the end of the program. During the exams, the coaches' basic technical knowledge, correct construction of the training process, methodological approaches, and ability to comply with safety rules were tested in a real training environment. The evaluation was carried out based on a methodology that meets international standards.
It should be noted that this cooperation between the Azerbaijan Judo Federation and the Azerbaijan Sports Academy makes an important contribution to supporting the professional development of coaches, forming a unified methodological system, and the sustainable development of judo in the country.
