Legendary US golfer Tiger Woods has been released on bail.
Idman.Biz reports that the 50-year-old athlete is facing charges of refusing to take a test and damaging property.
On March 27, while trying to overtake a truck with a trailer at high speed, he touched its rear, as a result of which the car he was driving overturned. The incident occurred in the Jupiter Island area, near the golfer's home.
Woods took a blood alcohol test, but no alcohol use was detected as a result. The athlete, who was later taken to the police station, was offered to give a urine sample for a drug test. He refused this procedure.
After that, Woods was charged with refusing to take the test and damaging property. He was released on bail approximately eight hours later.
