From September 15, traffic will be restricted on the streets covered by the Baku City Circuit.
In order to carry out logistical operations related to the Formula 1 Qatar Airways Azerbaijan Grand Prix 2025, which will be held on September 19–21, starting from 01:00 on the night of September 12, the section of Pushkin Street from the intersection of Uzeyir Hajibeyov Street and Neftchilar Avenue will be restricted to traffic. The restriction will continue until the end of the event.
According to the Traffic Management Plan, the streets where the Baku City Circuit passes and the areas covered by the track will be closed to traffic from 01:00 on the night of September 15 to 08:00 on the morning of September 23. Entry and exit to the restricted areas will only be possible with a "Residence Entry Permit".
It should be noted that based on the experience of the last two years, some main roads will be opened for the use of the population during the race to ensure the comfort of city residents and drivers this year as well.
Thus, on September 15-16-17, the entry and exit sections of the race track listed below will be free for traffic without stopping from 07:00 to 09:00 in the morning and from 18:00 to 20:00 in the evening.
On September 18, these roads will be open from 07:00 to 09:00 in the morning and from 20:00 to 22:00 in the evening.

● From Salyan highway in the direction of Neftchilar Avenue and Azneft circle.
● From M. Lermontov Street in the direction of UN's 50th Anniversary Street and Istiglaliyyat Street.
● From S. Vurgun Street in the direction of U. Hajibeyli Street and Bulbul Avenue.
● From Bulbul Avenue in the direction of Khagani Street and Neftchilar Avenue.
● From the intersection of Nizami and Pushkin Streets in the direction of Khagani Street.
Exit points:
● From Neftchilar Avenue in the direction of Baku Sea Port and Crescent Mall.
● From Istiglaliyyat Street in the direction of Azerbaijan Avenue.
● From Neftchilar Avenue in the direction of Azneft Circle and Deniz Mall.
The Baku City Circuit informs drivers that the specified roads will only be used as a transit corridor. Also, with the exception of emergencies, when transit corridors are open, parking of vehicles and boarding and disembarking of passengers are prohibited. In addition, the movement of heavy-tonnage trucks and public transport on these roads is excluded.
