The Ministry of Internal Affairs (MIA) has appealed to citizens in connection with the "Formula 1" Azerbaijan Grand Prix.
Idman.biz reports that the press service of the MIA has released information about this.
It was reported that police officers are continuing their services in an enhanced mode to ensure the safe arrival of drivers and pedestrians at their destinations in the capital during the period of restriction in connection with the "Formula 1" Azerbaijan Grand Prix, the uninterrupted movement of transport, as well as security in the area where the race is held and in the "fan" zones.
We advise drivers and residents of the capital to give preference to public transport during the specified period, to correctly follow the signals given by police officers in their regulatory capacity, and to plan their travels by using alternative routes to streets and avenues where restrictions have been imposed.
