A panel discussion on "Future Careers: How to Stay Relevant, Prepared, and in Demand" took place as part of the BCC Academy program.

The speakers of the panel - Aytan Babayeva, CEO of "Worley", Bakhtiyar Aslanbayli, BP's Vice President for the Caspian region, and Yusif Abdullayev, Executive Director of AZPROMO, shared their experiences with the volunteers. They gave recommendations on career development and also answered questions from the youth.
It should be noted that the volunteer registration for the "Azerbaijan Grand Prix 2025" ended with a record indicator. In just 48 hours, more than 31,000 applications were registered. About 2,000 volunteers are expected to participate in the competition.
The BCC Academy regularly organizes trainings and panels to support the personal and professional development of volunteers. The main purpose of these events is to prepare young people for their future careers, increase their professional skills and create conditions for them to be more competitive in the labor market.
