Oscar Piastri is the first "McLaren" driver to win three consecutive Grand Prix since 1998.
According to "Report", citing the Formula 1 website, this became a reality thanks to the Australian driver's victory in the Miami Grand Prix yesterday.
By winning the Grand Prix for the third time in a row, he repeated the record of Mika Häkkinen, a former driver of the "Woking" team. The Finnish driver won the European Grand Prix in 1997. At the beginning of 1998, he finished first in the races held in Australia and Brazil.
It should be noted that this victory was the fourth for O.Piastri in the current season and the sixth in his career.
