Popular streaming service Netflix will shoot a new documentary dedicated to the first championship season of the legendary German pilot Michael Schumacher in "Formula 1".
Idman.Biz reports this with reference to Deadline.
According to reports, the film will be titled "Schumacher '94". Corinna Schumacher and other people close to Michael will participate in the film. The project will be directed by Kristin Freitag. The film is scheduled to be released this year.
"1994 was a turning point in the history of "Formula 1": 25-year-old Michael Schumacher lays the foundation for an unprecedented career by winning the first Grand Prix of the racing season in Brazil. The year 1994, one of the most dramatic and exciting racing seasons in the history of "Formula 1", is remembered for significant events such as Ayrton Senna's fatal accident, as well as accusations of manipulation and unfair driving maneuvers," the report said.
