Four-time Formula 1 champion and Red Bull driver Max Verstappen has called the 2018 Canadian Grand Prix a turning point in his career.
Idman.Biz reports that Verstappen spoke about this on the Talking Bulls podcast.
"It was the beginning of 2018. I think in the first seven races I was just making mistakes. That's when you get into a negative spiral. You try to work harder, but it doesn't work. I was really frustrated with myself, and then Montreal was the turning point. I have to say that from that day on, everything really normalized," – GPblog quoted Verstappen's statement on the Talking Bulls podcast.
