Lewis Hamilton, the 40-year-old British driver for Ferrari, discussed the incident that occurred during the Baku Grand Prix with his teammate Charles Leclerc.
Idman.biz reports that although Hamilton was allowed to pass Leclerc to overtake the leaders at the end of the race, the British driver was unable to regain his position at the end of the race.
Hamilton told Racingnews365 that he and Leclerc discussed this before the Singapore Grand Prix: "Charles and I discussed this topic. We sorted everything out and discussed communication issues so that such cases do not happen again. Such a thing will not happen again."
