Formula 1 star Lewis Hamilton shared his thoughts on career and technological innovation in an address to his followers on LinkedIn.
Idman.Biz reports that the British driver analyzed his first year at Ferrari and the changes in the sports world, highlighting how artificial intelligence (AI) is reshaping industries.
The driver, who regarded his move to Ferrari at the beginning of last year as a major step, stated that being eager to learn is the greatest advantage, whether it is changing teams in Formula 1 or choosing a new direction in a personal career:
"Technology and artificial intelligence are rebuilding our fields. Although this process seems very fast, it is actually a great opportunity to prepare for the future. Leadership depends on how quickly you adapt to changes and your willingness to evolve."
In his advice before the Australian Grand Prix, the 41-year-old driver emphasized the importance of "staying curious":
"Don't just focus on traditional paths. Invest in the skills that make you human and the tools that accelerate you. Create your own path."
It is worth recalling that although criticism regarding Hamilton's career increased after a difficult 2025 season, the successful performance of the new SF-26 car in pre-season tests suggests that he will be a title contender in 2026.
