Isack Hadjar, the 21-year-old French newcomer to the "Red Bull" team, has stated that he does not consider signing a contract with the Austrian team an achievement.
İdman.Biz reports that the Frenchman finished the 2025 season in 12th place in the Formula 1 driver standings.
"Unfortunately, I don't consider signing a contract an achievement. An achievement would be to meet expectations at Red Bull and get the job done. Not just last year, but the whole journey has been very long and difficult, but my goal has always been to get into the main team and team up with the best driver in the world.
Sometimes there are times when it seems unreal, and sometimes there are times when I feel completely normal because that's all I do - race. And it's an incredible moment not just for me, but for my parents too. That's great," Racingnews365 quotes Hadjar.
At the Dutch Grand Prix, Isack managed to reach the podium for the first time in his Formula 1 career.
