"Ferrari" driver Lewis Hamilton has given a very brief comment regarding his 18th-place finish in the sprint qualifying session of the Formula 1 Qatar Grand Prix.
İdman.biz reports, citing GPBlog, that Hamilton calmly accepted the failure. He said: "Everything is as usual. Is there anything positive? Yes, the weather is good."
It should be reminded that the seven-time world champion's teammate, Monegasque Charles Leclerc, advanced to the third part of the Qatar Grand Prix sprint qualifying stage, finishing only ninth. Australian "McLaren" driver Oscar Piastri won the pole in the sprint. He is followed by George Russell and Lando Norris.
The Formula 1 Qatar Grand Prix sprint starts on November 29, Saturday, at 18:00 Baku time.
