Former Haas Formula 1 team principal Günther Steiner has shared his thoughts on the difficulties seven-time World Champion Lewis Hamilton is facing at Ferrari.
İdman.Biz reports that Steiner made this statement on "The Red Flags Podcast".
He stated that Hamilton's problems may be related to adapting to the car's braking system: "Maybe Lewis just hasn't gotten used to the brakes on the Ferrari car. He used to work with a different braking system before, and he can't adapt to the current one. If you don't fully understand how the brakes work, it makes perfect sense. If you're not confident in the brakes, you can't attack along the edge because you don't know what to expect. This can seriously affect a driver's self-confidence. Maybe Lewis is used to other feelings and can't adapt to this now. As they say, even if a leopard gets old, it doesn't change its spots."
