George Kurtz, CEO and founder of "CrowdStrike", joined "Mercedes-Benz", INEOS, and Toto Wolff as a shareholder by acquiring a minority stake (15%) in the "Mercedes" "Formula-1" team.

Kurtz also joined the team's strategy committee alongside Ola Kallenius, Chairman of "Mercedes-Benz Group AG", Sir Jim Ratcliffe, founder of INEOS, and Toto Wolff. In his new role, he will oversee the team's technology strategy, focusing on data analytics and performance.
