The contract period for the "Formula-1" US Grand Prix stage held in Austin has been extended.
Idman.Biz reports that the new agreement will be valid until the end of 2034.
The previous contract expired in 2026.
"Formula 1" President Stefano Domenicali stated that the US Grand Prix has continued to gain popularity since 2012. He expressed his gratitude to the local authorities for this: "Every year, the stage at the "Circuit of the Americas" track becomes a special event for fans, pilots and teams, attracting hundreds of thousands of amateur fans. We are proud to extend our partnership with Bobby Epstein and his magnificent team, as well as Governor Abbott. Their leadership has played a major role in supporting the development of sports in Texas."
