Approximately 13,000 people, including technical staff from teams and tourists from Europe, America, Asia, and the Middle East, arrived in Baku to watch the 2025 Formula 1 Azerbaijan Grand Prix.
İdman.biz reports that this was stated in a video report prepared by Euronews TV channel about the Formula 1 Azerbaijan Grand Prix.
The report states that the Baku city track, considered one of the season's unique tracks, once again provided tense and exciting moments for spectators with its tight turns.
Organizers have updated safety systems, reducing the installation time of barriers from seven to five weeks. The system has been structured more flexibly to restore city roads in just 12 hours after the race.
In addition, two new grandstands with a capacity of 20,000 spectators have been put into operation. These innovations further strengthened Baku's position as the organizer of the main stage of Formula 1.
