Azerbaijani pilot Davin Jafarov has debuted in the "Formula 4" racing session. According to Sport24.az, the test runs were held in Portimão, Portugal - one of the most difficult and modern tracks.
Prestigious races such as "Formula 1" and MotoGP are also held on this track.
Although accidents are common for new participants in "Formula 4", especially after the second session, Jafarov completed his first test without accidents. He demonstrated high performance, reaching a maximum speed of 224 km/h in rainy weather conditions.
However, the Azerbaijani pilot will not be able to participate in the current stage of the race due to unresolved sponsorship issues. Jafarov believes that after the financial problems are resolved, he will first live up to expectations in "F-4", then in "F-3" and "F-2", and move towards his main goal - "Formula 1". His main goal is to represent Azerbaijan properly in international competitions.
