Belgian model Virginie Philippot has joined the race for the presidency of the FIA (International Automobile Federation).
According to Lent.az, citing foreign media, the 33-year-old beauty is known for participating in the "Miss Belgium 2012" and "Miss International 2017" competitions. She also founded the Drive For Hope association, which helps orphaned children and supports education in the Democratic Republic of Congo.
Virginie is not the only female candidate for the presidency: former racing driver Laura Villars has previously announced her intention to run for the position.
The 28-year-old athlete began her career in "Formula 4" in 2023. In 2025, she participated in seven races of the Ligier Euro Championship.
Competing with the beauties are former steward Tim Meyer and current FIA President Mohammed bin Sulayem.
