McLaren boss Andrea Stella has said he is not worried about his team's Australian driver Oscar Piastri's poor performance at the Azerbaijan Grand Prix.
Idman.biz reports that Oscar Piastri's car crashed into an obstacle on the first lap of the Baku track, and the pilot dropped out of the race.
"I have worked with many Formula 1 champions. They have faced such failures in the seasons they won. Even the best drivers like Michael Schumacher have had such incidents. It was just the result of that race. Oscar faced defeat. This is neither a surprise nor an exception, so we shouldn't worry. Because such an event has happened to almost every champion, even the best performers," Stella said.
