Williams driver Alex Albon has unveiled a special helmet design he prepared for the Australian Grand Prix, the opening stage of the 2026 Formula 1 season.
Idman.Biz reports that the Thai driver preferred a different design for the Melbourne race.
Let us remind that Williams drivers Alex Albon and Carlos Sainz finished the 2025 season in the top ten. Albon finished eighth and Sainz finished ninth in the individual standings. Carlos Sainz's third place in the Qatar Grand Prix helped the team secure fifth place in the Constructors' Championship with one stage remaining until the end of the season.
It should be noted that the Australian Grand Prix will be held from March 6 to 8, 2026. The current season will be the first year in the history of Formula 1 in which new regulations are introduced.
