The UEFA Control, Ethics and Disciplinary Body has fined PSG for the events that occurred in the Champions League final. Sport24.az reports that the press service of the highest football body has released this information.
The Paris club has been fined 100,000 euros because fans entered the field after the final whistle and set off fireworks. In addition, the club is conditionally prohibited from selling tickets to its fans for the next away match in UEFA competitions for a probationary period of two years.
PSG must also pay 30,000 for fans throwing foreign objects onto the field, 10,000 for indecent slogans chanted during the sporting event and damaging UEFA's reputation, and 8,000 for damage caused to the arena.
It should be noted that PSG faced Inter in the final of the tournament and won with a score of 5:0. This victory went down in history as the first victory of the French club in the Champions League.
