This is my first time participating in a swimming competition, but despite that, I didn't have any difficulties.
Akif Garyagdi, the oldest participant in the "Let's Cross the Kura?!" open water swimming competition held in Mingachevir and the grandson of the famous singer Jabbar Garyagdioglu, said this in a statement to the Western Bureau of "Report".
"I have returned to my homeland for a year. I played basketball in America, and I am also good at swimming. My friend invited me to this competition, and I accepted the invitation and came. This is my first time participating in a swimming competition, but despite that, I didn't have any difficulties. I thank the organizers."
