The "Chess Stars 5.0" tournament will start today in Moscow. According to Sport24.az, Azerbaijani grandmaster Teymur Rajabov will also participate in the rapid chess format competition.
The tournament will also feature Sergey Karjakin, Vladislav Artemiev (both Russia), Raunak Sadhwani (India), Amin Tabatabaei (Iran), Hou Yifan (China), Bibisara Assaubayeva (Kazakhstan), Alexander Goryachkina, Ekaterina Lagno, and Valentina Gunina (all Russia).
It should be noted that the prize fund of the tournament, organized in the Azerbaijan pavilion, is 15 million rubles (approximately 315 thousand manats).
