The Azerbaijani champion himself played five games from the start and won two of them. "Freedom" has 12 points.
"Generation XYZA", featuring Shahriyar Mammadyarov, scored 9 points and is currently in 19th place. The team won four of the eight games at the "FIDE World Rapid Team Championship" (2 points for a win, 1 point for a draw).
