The "Chess Tour Azerbaijan" chess tour, organized by the Azerbaijan Chess Federation, continues with the "Lankaran Open" festival. Sport24.az reports that 38 chess players are competing in tournament A, and 140 in tournament B.
In the main competition held in Lankaran, 16 participants won in the first round. Among them are Ukrainian Vitaly Bernadsky, as well as young Azerbaijani talent Khagan Ahmad, as well as Murad Ibrahimli, Vugar Manafov and others.
It should be noted that the festival, which will consist of 9 rounds, is held according to the Swiss system.
