Eltaj Safarli to participate in rapid chess tournament in Austria

Azerbaijani chess player Eltaj Safarli will participate in a tournament in Austria. Sport24.az reports that he will compete in the "Grand Prix PlusCity" tournament to be held in Linz.

 

The tournament program includes the Austrian team championships in blitz (May 29), rapid (May 30), as well as blitz (May 31) and rapid (June 1).

 

262 chess players, including 43 grandmasters, will participate in the rapid chess tournament. The rating list is headed by Russian Alexander Grischuk.
