The Women's Chess World Cup kicked off today in Batumi.

Gohvar Beydullayeva, one of our representatives, drew with Anahita Zahedifar (Iran) with white pieces in the first game of the 1st stage, and Gulnar Mammadova drew with Yunshan Li (Canada) with black pieces - 0.5:0.5.
Ulviyya Fataliyeva will face Jilinq Zhang from Australia, and Khanim Balajayeva will face Elnaz Kaliahmet from Kazakhstan.
