Azerbaijani chess players continue their performance at the international tournament held in Denizli, Turkey.
Idman.biz reports that after six rounds, Misraddin Iskandarov and Shiroglan Talibov, each scoring 4.5 points, are located in neighboring places in the tournament table - fifth and sixth places.
The leader of the tournament is Evgeni Romanov (North Macedonia), who scored 5 points, half a point ahead of his closest pursuers.
It should be noted that a total of 82 chess players are participating in the tournament, which is held according to the Swiss system and will consist of 9 rounds.
