Our Boxers Win 8 Gold Medals at International Tournament

An international tournament dedicated to June 1st - International Children's Day was held in Belebey, Russia, among schoolboy boxers.

Idman.biz reports that the Azerbaijani national team also competed in the tournament.

Our team finished the tournament with 8 gold medals. Onur Gurbanov (38 kg), Babek Abdullayev (40 kg), Muhammad Kazimzade (42 kg), Eljan Musazade (50 kg), Muhammad Ali (52 kg), Amid Alakbarov (60 kg), Sarkhan Hagverdiyev (63 kg) and Yusif Agakishiyev (80 kg) won the competition in our team.
