The latest situation regarding the health of Araz Musayev, President of the Azerbaijan Muay Thai Federation and 9-time world champion, has been clarified.
Shahriyar Isayev, the head coach of the men's national muay thai team, informed Idman.biz about this.
He stated that Araz Musayev's condition is currently satisfactory: "I cannot provide information about the details of the incident. However, we came to Turkey together as a team. We are in constant contact with doctors and the hospital. His health is good now, and his memory is intact. Everything is fine."
It should be noted that Araz Musayev was stabbed in the back in an incident that occurred in the Antalya region of Turkey. He was immediately taken to the hospital and underwent surgery. Musayev was placed in Kemer State Hospital in Antalya.
A team of 14 people from Azerbaijan participated in the IFMA World Championship held in Antalya, Turkey.
