The athlete, who later won against Elvira Kamaloglu (Turkey) with a score of 19:10, also defeated her opponent from Bangladesh by a "fall".
J. Aliyeva defeated Sezim Jumanazarova (Kyrgyzstan) 4:2 in the semi-final and qualified for the final.

Azerbaijani Greco-Roman wrestler Murad Ahmadiev (97 kg) has reached the final stage of the VI Islamic Solidarity Games held in Riyadh, the capital of Saudi Arabia.
Idman.Biz reports that the wrestler, who defeated Muhammad Gabry (Egypt) 8:0 in his first match, was superior to Beytullah Kayisdag (Turkey) in the semi-final - 5:1.
