Aykhan Javadov faced Swede Adam Silverin in the final. The tense fight ended with a score of 1:1. Aykhan became the European champion thanks to a higher quality point.

Farayim Mustafayev wrestled Abdullah Keskin (Turkey) for the bronze. Farahim won with a score of 7:5 and finished the championship in 3rd place.

Seymur Gasimov missed the chance to win a bronze medal. He lost to Greek Arionas Kolitsopoulos with a score of 1:3.
