The U-17 European Wrestling Championship continues in Skopje, the capital of North Macedonia.
Idman.biz reports that the first medalists among freestyle wrestlers have been determined on the next day of the continental championship.
Two of our wrestlers are competing for gold, and two for bronze.

Ravan Hasanzada faced Artak Agabekyan (Armenia) in the final. Our wrestler, who won with a score of 4:0, won the title of European champion.

Ruslan Alizade faced Makhach Abdullaev (UWW) in the decisive match. In a tense match, the Azerbaijani wrestler won with a score of 3:2 and took the highest step of the podium.

Tunar Nasibov will test his strength with Turkish Ismail Mertkollu for the bronze medal.

Hakim Tagiyev will wrestle Gyeorgyi Juhasz (Hungary) for bronze.

It should be noted that today Nazrin Ahmadli (46 kg) won the consolation match against Spasila Vasileva, a representative of North Macedonia, with a "pin". She will wrestle with our compatriot Medina Bayramova, who represents Germany, for the bronze medal.
