The "Tour de Ski", a famous multi-stage cross-country skiing tournament, will include the territory of France for the first time in its history.
Idman.Biz reports that the 2026/27 season's competitions will be held from December 31, 2026 to January 10, 2027 in Le-Rus, France, Oberstdorf, Germany, and Val-di-Fiemme, Italy.
The multi-stage races of the last two seasons took place in Toblach and Val-di-Fiemme (Italy). Previously, the "Tour de Ski" was organized in different years in Italy, Germany, Switzerland, and the Czech Republic.
Thus, France, for the first time, is adding a new country to the "Tour de Ski" geography by hosting the official stage of this prestigious tournament.
