Spanish cyclist Jaume Guardeño was taken to hospital after colliding with a car during training.
İdman.Biz reports that the athlete was taken to the hospital by helicopter with injuries of varying degrees. Guardeño is currently in intensive care.
"On behalf of our team, we express our full support and solidarity to Jaume and his family during this difficult time. We wish him a speedy and full recovery. We will provide additional information as his condition changes," said the team of the 23-year-old athlete.
