NTD basketball player: "One of the main goals is to reach the playoffs"

One of the main goals of the club is to reach the playoffs and achieve success.

"Report" informs that this was stated by NTD basketball player Detrek Browning in an interview with the club's press service.

He clarified the reasons for choosing the Baku representative:

"The offer came in December and we started negotiations. My agent said that professionals work at NTD and this caught my attention. It was important for me to come here with my wife and they provided it. I have been following the league since the beginning of the season because I have a few friends playing here. I even won the Georgian championship last season with Markus Gilson, who played for Ganja last season. So I am aware of the league. I spoke with the coaching staff. One of the main goals of the club is to reach the playoffs and achieve success. Unfortunately, the season did not start well, but we hope to improve the results with new players and those who remain in the team. We need to make NTD a strong team by the playoffs."

The basketball player believes that they will become stronger over time:

"We played our first game on January 11. Considering that we only had 5 practices, we played well. We are still learning each other's strengths and weaknesses. We will become stronger over time. I think we will win more games in the future. We have a strong coaching staff and a team hungry for victory. We are currently preparing for our next match and are looking forward to this game. We want to show that we are stronger."

It should be noted that after 10 rounds, the team is in the last - 6th place in group A with 11 points.
