The Azerbaijan chovgan team has reached the final of the III CIS Games.
According to the North-West Bureau of "Report", the national team faced Kazakhstan in the semi-final.
The match held at the Shaki City Stadium ended with a 5:1 victory for the Azerbaijani team.
The team won the first group match against Kyrgyzstan 4:0 and against Kuwait 5:0.
Azerbaijan's opponent in the final will be determined after the Kyrgyzstan-Uzbekistan match to be held today.
It should be noted that the chovgan competition will end on October 7.
