ARAF Cup winners determined

Competitions for the ARAF Cup were held. This was reported to Idman.biz by the press service of the Equestrian Federation of the Republic of Azerbaijan. Athletes from various equestrian clubs of Azerbaijan participated in the competition, which consisted of obstacles set at a height of 90 cm in category A and 115 cm in category L. In these categories, athletes under 20 years old competed with horses without age restrictions, while athletes over 20 years old competed with horses up to 6 years old. In the competition held in category A with the participation of 17 athletes, Gazanfar Farzaliyev, representing the "Sarhadchi" equestrian club, took first place with the horse nicknamed "Asana", Ayan Farajova, representing the Republican Specialized Olympic Reserve Children and Youth Sports School for Equestrian and Modern Pentathlon, took second place with the horse nicknamed "Tibet", another representative of the same school, Valeria Roshenko, took third place with the horse nicknamed "Shahzade", Ahad Mammadov, representing the "Elite" club, took fourth place with the horse nicknamed "Walonka", and fifth place with the horse nicknamed "Alart S". In the competition in category L, in which 13 athletes competed without age restrictions, Rahib Ismayilov, representing the "Gilan" equestrian club, took the first place with the horse nicknamed "Cartanio". The following places were taken by Aydan Agayeva, representing the "Elite" equestrian club, with the horse nicknamed "Zidan D" in second place, the same athlete with the horse nicknamed "Zirve 2" in third place, Elmar Abdullayev, representing the "Gilan" equestrian club, with the horse nicknamed "Khazar" in fourth place, and Egor Morotski, representing the "Buta Golden" equestrian club, with the horse nicknamed "Guadella". In the competition in category M, which consisted of obstacles set at a height of 125 cm, 11 athletes participated with horses without age restrictions. At the end of the competition, Egor Morotski, representing the "Buta Golden" equestrian club, won the title with the horse nicknamed "Astrello". Elmar Abdullayev, representing the "Gilan" equestrian club, took second place with the horse nicknamed "Khazar", Aydan Agayeva, representing the "Elite" equestrian club, took third place with the horse nicknamed "Zidan D", Egor Morotski, representing the "Buta Golden" equestrian club, took fourth place with the horse nicknamed "Guadella", and Anar Humbatov, representing the "Elite" equestrian club, took fifth place with the horse nicknamed "Damla". Finally, the winners of the first place in each of the three categories were awarded the ARAF Cup, the winners of the second and third places were awarded medals, and the winners of the fourth and fifth places were awarded diplomas from the Equestrian Federation of the Republic of Azerbaijan.
