Having returned to the top division, "Bryne" surprised with its award choices for the first time for the best player of the match.
Lent.az reports that "Bryne" defeated "Haugesund" with a score of 3:1 in the 3rd round of the Norwegian championship. This is the team's first victory after promotion.
Defender Axel Kruger was named Bryne's best player after converting a penalty in the 4th minute.
Kruger received an Easter lamb as a prize. The animal will be temporarily taken to the farm, where it will be kept for several months. Kruger will be able to pick it up in the fall.
"Bryne" is Erling Haaland's hometown club. The Norwegian forward played for the team from the southwestern city from 2005-2017, before moving to the more ambitious Molde.
