Zelim Kotsoiev (100 kg), who was exempt from the first stage, defeated Gennaro Pirelli (Italy) in the 1/16 finals. He will wrestle Marat Baykamurov (Kazakhstan) in his next match.
It should be noted that Zelim Tckaev (81 kg) and Eljan Hajiyev (90 kg) have already won bronze medals in the world championship in our national team.
