The World Judo Championship continues in Budapest, the capital of Hungary.
Idman.biz reports that 3 more athletes of the Azerbaijani national team will compete on the third day of the World Cup.
Hidayat Heydarov and Rashid Mammadaliyev among men, and Fidan Alizade among women will join the competition from the 1/16 final stage.

Hidayat Heydarov faced Otari Kvantidze, originally from Georgia, representing Portugal. Our judoka lost to the Portuguese representative.
Rashid Mammadaliyev, who competes in the same weight category, will face the winner of the Kazbek Nagushev (UAE) - Giovanni Esposito (Italy) pair.
Women

Fidan Alizade will clarify relations with Serbian Marika Perisic.
It should be noted that Azerbaijan is represented at the World Championship with 13 judokas in 10 weight categories. In the first two days of the competition, Ahmad Yusifov (60 kg) and Ruslan Pashayev (66 kg) among men, and Leyla Aliyeva, Konul Aliyeva (both 48 kg) and Gultaj Mammadaliyeva (52 kg) among women were defeated early and finished the competition without medals.
