A training camp for young judokas from the regions has started in Baku, organized by the Azerbaijan Judo Federation.
Idman.Biz reports that a total of 100 judokas from various regions of the country have been involved in the camp held at the Training Center of the national judo teams. The coaching staff of the national teams and experienced specialists lead the preparation process.
The training camp, which is preparation for the Azerbaijan Championship, will last until December 14.
Within the framework of the training program, purposeful work is carried out to develop athletes' judo skills and technical-tactical training, to master new rules and technical innovations, and to increase physical fitness. Visits to judo clubs in the capital are also planned within the framework of the training camp.
