A theoretical and practical seminar for referees was organized at the National Teams Training Center by the Judges Committee of the Azerbaijan Judo Federation (ACF).
"Report" informs that the new rules introduced by the International Judo Federation this year were reviewed during the training.
Also, the final level of preparation of referees for the ACF Cup in ne-waza among U-20 youth, which will be held on May 17, was checked. During the seminar, practical tasks were presented to the participants, and the questions that arose were answered in detail. In addition, selected footage from recent competitions was viewed and discussed.
The seminar, held under the leadership of Natig Bagirov, advisor to the ACF president, and Matin Rahimli, manager for referees and an "A" category international referee, aimed to strengthen the knowledge and skills of justice guardians, as well as additional preparation for professional performance in upcoming competitions.
It should be noted that along with the main staff of referees, referee candidates selected by the ACF and involved in training also participated in the seminar.
